Person

Person is a one-man alternative/indie rock recording project by Samuel Beer-Pearce. Sam BP writes, plays all instruments, and produces all tracks solo — piano, guitars, bass, drums, vocals, synths and orchestral parts, but recruits talented friends to recreate his music for live performance.

The debut full-length album Missing Person (2026) was recorded in a garden studio, self-built over several months. After years of writing and recording hundreds of unfinished song ideas, many originally on cassette tapes, these recordings mark the first time Beer-Pearce's material has been completed into a full-length album. It functions as a kind of self-collaboration between the artist’s current self and the younger songwriter behind those old recordings. 

The new album, Missing Person, has been described as "alternative pop rock with catchy hooks." The tracks span genres, from indie folk to alt country to post-punk... Yet Beer-Pearce's unique sound and catchy vocals are the common thread throughout each track, making this indie pop album unmistakably his.
